MERC Foundation
MEDICAL & EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES FOR CREATURES
"'Helping out the animal kingdom through education and medicine"
The MERC Foundation is ran under the supervision of the
President and Founder, Dr. Stacy Fuchino.  He has
envisioned a non-profit charity to help animals through
core educational programs for both children and adults.
He has also devoted himself to maintain a high standard
of medical care for animals.
About Us
MERC will work to aid and rescue injured or mistreated
animals, both domesticated and in the wild.

Spay and neuter programs have been in operation in an
attempt to keep animal population at reasonable
numbers.
This will lead to a lower number of stray and abandoned animals.

Leaders in the field will be scheduled to speak at conferences and public forums, as well as local
schools.  These lectures will be especially directed toward the younger generation in hope to educate
them on ho to help the future a better place. Lecture topics will include proper animal care, undue
suffering of animals, extinction of species, reasons to control animal
populations, and environmental awareness.

Our Goals

The MERC Foundation has two large goals that it would like to see accomplished.  The first would
be to expand professional care and treatment to injured, mistreated, abused, malnourished, and
abandoned animals.  The second goal is to widely spread information on the care and treatment
of animals.

How Will We Achieve These Goals?

The MERC is a non-profit organization so we rely heavily on public donations.  Donated funds will
allow the foundations to provide valuable educations to people and will also be used to help care
for animals.  The MERC Foundations also gets much help from people who have been willing to
volunteer their time.  The MERC Foundation uses its volunteers to help implement programs and
conduct workshops and lectures.
